You may wish to reserve our special poolside rooms where you will truly feel like you are transported into a romantic Mediterranean village, castle and all. The poolside view is available in both Classic and Premium rooms. When making a reservation, request a poolside room.

Heartland Inn is a family run, Christian organization that truly believes in honesty and integrity. We want to show our integrity through fair dealings with employees, customers and suppliers.

In 2008, Robert and Justin Schinkel purchased the facility and continued to renovate the hotel property, adding a lounge, restaurant and beer vendor, as well as franchising the restaurant.

The Country Kitchen was opened in fall 2008 and is the first Canadian location for the iconic American franchise. More Canadian locations are planned.

The Heartland Inn continues to thrive in the rapidly growing city of Winkler.
